End-User Consent to Provide Access to SambaSafety Platform Account

You (the "End User") consents to allow Aegis Insurance LTD to access and transmit account data obtained through and stored in the End User's SambaSafety Platform account for the purposes of gathering risk insights, analytics, and other account information, in accordance with Aegis Insurance LTD contract with SambaSafety as well as state and federal law.
