You (the "End User") consents to allow Southern Construction to access and transmit account data obtained through and stored in the End User's SambaSafety Platform account for the purposes of gathering risk insights, analytics, and other account information, in accordance with Southern Construction's contract with SambaSafety as well as state and federal law.
