End-User Consent to Provide Access to SambaSafety Platform Account

You (the "End User") consent to allow ARA Insurance, which has separately contracted with SambaSafety and pays for your use of the SambaSafety services, to access and transmit your account data ("Account Data") outside of the platform for the purposes of gathering risk insights, analytics, and other account information in compliance with relevant state and Federal laws and regulations. The Account Data will be accessible by ARA Insurance  and other third-party designees as permitted by you unless and until you, as the End User, revoke such consent.
