As Chief Operations Officer, Bill Bakken leads the customer-focused operations team. During his tenure, he established the Customer Success and Professional Services teams, leading the evolution of Customer Care and IT Operations. Bakken brings more than 20 years of technology-focused leadership experience and a successful track record of creating long-term customer relationships while delivering world-class customer service.

Lacey brings over 20 years of experience in product and architecture development as well as product management for industry-leading technology companies.
Now SambaSafety’s Executive Vice President, Transportation, Steve Bryan brings a plethora of experience as Founder and President of Vigillo. With insight into the commercial trucking industry’s reliance on statistics, software development, risk management and compliance, Bryan brought onboard an excellent team with over a collective total of 200 years of experience.

Lawlor has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field supporting a variety of companies, including start-ups and well-established market leaders. Awarded the Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society of Human Resources Management, Lawlor has spoken as an expert on numerous industry panels surrounding employee engagement.
As Senior Vice President, Sales, Mark Burge sets the vision and direction for the sales organization as a whole. With his unique approach, inspirational leadership and over 17 years of experience, Burge has led high-performing teams that have delivered double-digit growth year-over-year.
