As Chief Operations Officer, Bill Bakken leads the customer-focused operations team. Lawlor has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field supporting a variety of companies, including start-ups and well-established market leaders. Awarded the Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society of Human Resources Management, Lawlor has spoken as an expert on numerous industry panels surrounding employee engagement.
As Senior Vice President, Sales, Mark Burge sets the vision and direction for the sales organization as a whole. With his unique approach, inspirational leadership and over 17 years of experience, Burge has led high-performing teams that have delivered double-digit growth year-over-year.
