Anderson has over 20 years of leading finance teams in tech and tech-enabled businesses across public markets, ESOP organizations and private-equity sponsored enterprises.

As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, John Diana directs SambaSafety’s legal affairs and leads the government relations function. Diana brings more than 16 years of high-tech legal services, focused on encouraging a culture of compliance while managing regulatory organization-wide compliance issues.

As Chief Operations Officer, Karina Sinclair leads the customer-focused operations team. Sinclair brings more than 25 years of operations leadership experience and a successful track record of creating high performing operations teams while delivering world-class customer service.

As Vice President, Human Resources, Kevin Lawlor leads the Human Resources team to accelerate SambaSafety’s cultural transformation and growth. Lawlor has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field supporting a variety of companies, including start-ups and well-established market leaders. Awarded the Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society of Human Resources Management, Lawlor has spoken as an expert on numerous industry panels surrounding employee engagement.

As Chief Technology Officer, Patrick Kemble is responsible for aligning SambaSafety’s technological vision with business practices to encourage revenue growth, savings, competitive advantage and operational efficiency improvements. He brings more than 20 years of experience in ideating business and IT solutions focused on delivering bottom-line impact.

As Chief Product Officer, Rich Lacey directs and oversees SambaSafety’s product strategy, development and implementation of new solutions. Lacey brings over 20 years of experience in product and architecture development as well as product management for industry-leading technology companies.

As Senior Vice President, Sales, Rick Fendell leverages over 15 years’ experience in sales and relationship-management. In his role at SambaSafety, Fendell sets the direction of the company’s sales strategy and provides vision and leadership that inspires his team to achieve their goals.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Sonia is responsible for leading SambaSafety’s marketing and SDR organization. Sonia brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology companies of all sizes through transformation and growth.

A seasoned IT security and infrastructure/operations management professional, Rex Young has over 25 years of experience blending leading-edge technologies and human capital into effective systems to support current and future business needs. He has held several leadership positions as Chief Information Security Officer, Executive Vice President of Technical Operations, Principle Architect, Director of Global IT Operations Manager, Architect/Designer, Security Manager and Network/System Engineer. Before joining SambaSafety, Rex successfully led teams at LogRhythm, Convercent, Rivet Software, Equinix, VeriSign, CBIZ and the US Navy.
