Report Finds Driver Safety Powers Telematics Adoption
The 2025 Telematics Report offers the most comprehensive view into telematics trends impacting P&C insurers, brokers and fleets. This report provides new data and insights into the current state of telematics, covering utilization, impact and investment trends across insurance teams and various fleet segments.
Key findings in the report include:
- 66% of fleets cite interpreting or acting on telematics data as a challenge
- 70% of fleets use two or more device types to manage safety
- 80% of the top 50 commercial insurers use telematics data, yet only 4% consider their programs advanced
