SambaSafety Verified Program for Safer Fleets
A tiered accreditation program that rewards your safety commitment with recognized credentials to help negotiate better insurance terms.

What is the SambaSafety Verified Program?
The SambaSafety Verified Program is a no-cost accreditation program for eligible SambaSafety Platform customers. It recognizes your fleet's commitment to reducing driver risk and gives you documented proof to share with insurers, whether you're fully insured, self-insured, or operating within a captive.
The three program tiers reflect increasing levels of engagement with driver safety data and organizational safety performance, from active monitoring to measurable risk reduction. Use your designation to negotiate lower premiums or deductibles at quote and renewal.
How Does SambaSafety Verified Accreditation Work?
The SambaSafety Verified Program includes three tiers of accreditation. Each builds on the one before it, reflecting a deeper commitment to reducing driver risk.

- SambaSafety Verified+
- SambaSafety Verified Elite

SambaSafety Verified Program FAQs
How much does SambaSafety Verified cost?
SambaSafety Verified is available at no additional cost to eligible SambaSafety customers. Participation is completely voluntary.
Does participation come with any guarantees?
No. Participation does not guarantee any specific results such as a reduction in violations. The program recognizes your level of engagement and performance on SambaSafety, but outcomes depend on how your organization applies its safety practices.
How do I move up to a higher tier?
Once you opt in, you hold your program tier for one year. Promotion eligibility is reviewed quarterly, so if your engagement or performance qualifies you for Verified+ or Verified Elite, you can move up before your annual review. Moving up to a new tier does restart the one year clock on your program tier status. At the end of each year, your eligibility is reviewed to confirm you still meet the criteria for your current tier.
How do I prove my accreditation to insurers?
You'll receive a Certificate of Authenticity for your tier, time-stamped with the date your organization met eligibility requirements. Share it with insurers at quote or renewal.
What other benefits come with SambaSafety Verified?
Verified members receive access to the SambaSafety Verified member LinkedIn community, complimentary access to the full Fleet Risk Management Academy (FRMA) course catalog, invitations to exclusive programs and events, and early access to SambaSafety's annual Driver Risk Report and Telematics Report.
