What is Authorization for Enrollment?
Just like when you sign disclosures and authorizations when applying for a credit card or car loan, the drivers you monitor will need to go through a similar process. Authorization for Enrollment collects driver information and any required compliance paperwork from the driver – from forms required for Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance to any required state-specific forms. It then automatically creates a profile for that driver in the SambaSafety platform with their information and signed forms.
How Does it Work?
As a SambaSafety administrator, you’ll receive a link to a secure webpage that can be shared with your drivers. Each driver will then access the link to enter their license information, as well as read and eSign any required compliance forms. Upon signing the documents, the driver will be added to our platform, where you can choose to enroll them in monitoring and purchase an MVR.
